Face to Face

Face to face appointments are held at our consulting rooms at the Aries Clinic in Lower Parkstone, Poole. The clinic is accessible from Poole and Bournemouth. Free parking is available. Appointments are available during the day and some evenings.

Online Consultations

Increasingly, people are more comfortable and familiar with online video conferencing. From our clinical experience and emerging research online video consultations can be an effective way of delivering psychological interventions. Sometimes this can be provided alongside face to face appointments.

We offer treatment via a variety of platforms including Zoom, MS Teams, Skype and others.

Online video consultation can be a more convenient and quicker way to access treatment from the privacy of your own home. We offer reduced session rates for online consultations.

Health Insurance

We are registered with all leading private health insurers including: BUPA, AXA-PPP and others. It is recommended you check with your insurance provider for authorisation of payment prior to embarking on a course of treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notification in the event of cancellation; otherwise the full session fee applies.
